Food/Drink: clemintine, salad with apples in it, 5 nachos, 1/2 a fishbowl (which is alcohol. which is why im posting so late)
Workout: Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper
Yep. That's all I have to say. Because if I say more, I'll say too much.
